Your quoted fee is payable to Automotive Connection when you decide to hire us. The price quoted for the automobile will be payable to the dealership where you pick up your new car.
  • What are my options for paying the fees?
We will accept a personal check, or money order, whichever is more convenient for you.
  • What does it mean that your services are guaranteed?

  • What do I do if I'm not sure what kind of vehicle I want?
We understand. We have all the information from various sources (including factory information) to help you narrow it down and also to make sure you don't forget about that one special car that may be perfect.
  • What if I want to look at the car before I buy?
That's fine with us. Normally, we can easily arrange that for you.
  • What do I do with my trade-in?
You will probably get more for your vehicle by selling it yourself, however, we have other solutions available, including trading it into a dealership.
  • What if I want to lease instead of buy?
Fine. Everything works the same way!
  • How do I decide which is better for me, buying or leasing?
We will be glad to help you consider both options so you can make the right choice for you.
  • What about a warranty? Do I still get the full factory warranty?
Yes, you will receive the same warrantee from the car manufacturer as if you were dealing directly with the salesperson in the showroom.
  • Who talks to the dealerships?
You will only deal with our contact at the dealership when you pick the car up. You will never be directly contacted by the dealership and you will never need to have a conversation with anyone at the dealerships we are work with. Remember, you are completely anonymous until you pick up your new car!
  • What about financing?
We will talk to the delivering dealer, your bank and any other resources necessary to find out what's best for you.
  • Where do I complete the paperwork on my new car?
You will be sent a confirmation letter of your exact vehicle and pricing from us. Then, the balance of the customary paperwork will be completed at the dealership and it will be given to you when you pick up your new vehicle.
  • Where do I pick up my new vehicle?
You will take delivery from a new car dealer in the area in which you specified.
  • Where do I go for service after I buy my new car?
The dealer where you picked up your car will be more than happy to service your new car but the manufacturer will pay to have your car repaired at any franchised dealer handling your make.
